Barrie Simons & Associates was established in 1984 and is an Award Winning Multi-disciplinary Practice, with an impeccable reputation, specialising in all aspects of building design and procurement, including Architectural Services; Building Surveying, Planning, Building Regulations, Project Management, and Interior Design, to clients across the South West of England.  The Practice has a professional team of Architectural and Associate Staff, Interior Designers, Technical Assistants and a Practice Manager.

BSA has successful experience in many types of Design and Construction, ranging from small residential builds and extensions, large bespoke dwellings, apartment blocks and student accommodation, up to large scale commercial developments in retail, leisure and industry.  BSA provides professional expertise on many different building types, including Hotels, Public Houses, Retail and Leisure facilities, Listed Buildings, Industrial, Warehousing, Health Care and Residential Developments.  BSA has developed long-standing working relationships with our Clients, Local Authorities, other Consultants, and Professionals in the Industry.
